If you are a resident of the Waterfield subdivision located in Blue Springs, MO, we ask that you make sure that you have signed up on both the FSR Connect website and also the eNeighbors site.
Our community is managed by First Service Residential (FSR).
Be sure to sign up for FSR Connect to make online payments, receive community notices, review account activity, contact FSR, find documents, and more at:

A live FirstService Residential associate is available 24/7 to handle your call.
If you are calling outside the Monday-Friday office hours of our Waterfield dedicated team and they are unable to assist you, you will have someone from the local Kansas City office contact you back.
You can also download an app for your android or iphone by searching "FirstService Residential" in your app store
How do I set up eNeighbors?
Earlier in the year, all Waterfield residents had received a letter with their passcode from the First Service Residential. Each code is specific to the individual address so they may not be shared.
If you no longer have your code then there are 2 options:
You can contact First Service Residential for your code by phone or from your FSRConnect account.
OR
You may register on the eNeighbors website without your specific code by entering your credit card for verification. The credit card is not charged and it must be billed to the Waterfield residential address or it will decline you.
