HOA Dues Information

HOA Dues for 2024 are $764.00. This can be paid in full or in two, $382.00 installments.
A payment must be made (whether full or half) on or before Tuesday, January 31st.
The 2nd installment is due no later than June 1, 2024 to avoid late payment interest fee.
Please remember dues must be paid in full to have pool access.
If you are paying in two installments, please remember it can take up to a week of processing time before your pool access card may be activated.

First Service Residential uses a third party to process dues payments.

To pay your dues online, please log into your FSR Connect Portal and select "Make Payment" 
A new page will open to their payment system ClickPay.
Make sure pop up blockers are disabled.
You can access the ClickPay directly, but logging in through your FSR Connect account pulls up the information so you don't need to locate your account number.

If you would like to pay your dues check via mail:
Make the check payable to Waterfield Homeowners Association and in the memo section of the check be sure to list the account number from your dues statement.
