Pavilion Reservations

WATERFIELD HOA PAVILION RESERVATION AGREEMENT

The Waterfield pavilion is available for use by Waterfield residents who are current in their dues. Lifeguards are not required to reserve the pavilion during the pool season. Swimmers swim at their own risk! We are asking that parties not exceed 20 guests and all adhere to the pool agreement rules.  The maximum number of swimmers allowed in the pool is 26. Since the pavilion reservation does not also exclusively reserve the pool, this means that the total number of swimmers must also include residents in attendance and not just party guests, so please be mindful of how many swimmers are coming to your party and that all might not be able to swim at the same time depending on the number of resident patrons also enjoying the facility.

The pavilion can be reserved for use 7 days a week between 9am-9pm. It is not available for use on holiday weekends or during scheduled HOA events. Be sure to check the Waterfield HOA Community Calendar to see if the pavilion is already reserved. The pavilion may be reserved for 4 hours (1 hour set-up time, 2 hour party, and 1 hour cleanup time).
**Be advised that the water is turned off October-May so those renting the pavilion will not have access to running water or the bathrooms**

To reserve the pavilion for use:

  1. Log in to your WaterfieldHOA.com account.
  2. Find the Pavilion Reservation Agreement form under Contact the Board. Fill-out and submit the form. No $50 check will be required to reserve as in years past. However, failure to comply with the cleaning checklist (posted in pavilion) at the end of the rental will result in a $50 cleaning fee charged to your account, and if applicable, charge for damages.
  3. The gate and pavilion key will be in the lockbox on the pool gate. Jen Rinne will provide the code to the lockbox 1-2 days before your event.
  4. After the event, follow the cleaning checklist posted inside the pavilion, and return the keys to the lockbox.

I have read the guidelines for the use of the Waterfield Pavilion and HOA Pool Rules and agree to all the terms and conditions.  I agree that the pavilion and surrounding areas will be left clean and free from damage.    Failure to comply with the cleaning checklist (posted in pavilion) at the end of the rental will result in a cleaning assessment of $50.00 and/or payment in full for property damages. This fee will be charged to your HOA account.

Furthermore, the undersigned does hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Waterfield Homeowners Association, its officers, board members, agents and employees, from any and all liability, loss, damages, costs or expenses which are sustained, incurred or required, arising out of the actions of the undersigned in the course of renting the Waterfield Pavilion.
