Project Overview

"The Crossings at Adams Dairy" is a proposed site development located at the southwest corner of the intersection of NE Adams Dairy Pkwy and NE Duncan Rd.  The land has been purchased by the developer (Ward Developments), but has not yet been approved for re-zoning by the City Planning Commission or City Council.  A public meeting was held at the North Mid-Continent Library on April 6th, 2023 - where the site developer was present to share information regarding the proposed plans and to obtain feedback from nearby residents.

The purpose of this page is to provide useful information for Waterfield residents to review and track as this proposed development evolves.  The HOA Board has been actively involved in gathering information about this project, and wants to consolidate useful information and feedback from residents to best position the neighborhood to have a voice in future public meetings and the site developer's plans. 

The page will be updated to reflect meeting times for important public hearings regarding this project, in the hopes of organizing a prolific turnout.  Please use the forum page to add specific concerns or feedback regarding the project, and limit redundancy when possible.  Because the Waterfield website is only accessible to homeowners, please keep in mind that the information shared on this page should be used to coordinate efforts to improve the project and collaborate together to ensure Waterfield's best interests.
