A live FirstService Residential associate is available 24/7 to handle your call.
If you are calling outside the Monday-Friday office hours of our Waterfield dedicated team and they are unable to assist you, you will have someone from the local Kansas City office contact you back.

First Service Residential uses a third party ClickPay to process dues payments.
To pay your dues online:
Log into your FSR Connect Portal and select "Make Payment"
You will be directed to their ClickPay payment system in a new window.
Make sure your browser pop up blockers are disabled.
You can access the ClickPay directly, but logging in through the FSR Connect account pulls up the information so you don't need to locate your account number.
If you would like to pay your dues check via mail:
Make the check payable to Waterfield Homeowners Association and in the memo section of the check be sure to list the account number from your dues statement.
